Crosstimbers

Crosstimbers 2026 Preregistration is now live! Crosstimbers camp is June 19th - 22nd. This camp is for kids who have completed 3rd grade up to kids who have completed 6th grade. In order for your child to have a bed saved for Crosstimbers camp, this form must be completed and payment (or payment arrangements) must be made. The cost is $175 per camper. If you need to make payment arrangements, please contact Carrie Hughes at carrieghughes@yahoo.com or (580)678-1131. We have 20 male and 20 female camper beds available this year. A digital Crosstimbers Camper Release Form will have to be completed prior to the parent/camper meeting for your child to be able to attend camp. There will be a parent/camper meeting on May 20th at 6:00pm and on June 7th at 6:00pm. Parent and camper must attend one meeting in order to go to camp. These dates are subject to change.
